This website provides public information, quote intake, support handoff, and portal links. Final service scope, pricing, payment terms, and recurring agreements are confirmed through yegIT records or written agreement.
Website links are convenience paths into the customer account system.
Website Use
Public pages are provided for general business information and service intake. Availability, pricing, and project scope can change until confirmed by yegIT.
Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers, private keys, recovery codes, or other secrets through public website forms.
Customer portal credentials are your responsibility. Use MFA where available and notify yegIT if you suspect account misuse.
Support and Remote Work
Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate response unless a separate service agreement or emergency process applies.
Remote support should be visible, authorized, and connected to a legitimate support request, service record, or customer approval.
yegIT may decline work that is unsafe, illegal, deceptive, abusive, or outside the agreed scope.
Billing
Invoices, saved payment methods, recurring billing, receipts, and payment status are handled through the customer portal and payment provider.
Recurring services require an agreed scope and may include separate cancellation, notice, or minimum-term rules.
